🗓️ How quickly can you schedule me?
Most small jobs can be scheduled within a few days depending on availability. For maintenance plan clients, I offer priority scheduling to make sure urgent issues get handled fast.

📝 Do you charge for estimates?
Simple estimates are free. If something requires a detailed diagnostic or a longer walkthrough, I’ll let you know beforehand so there are no surprises.

🛠️ What type of jobs do you handle?
I take care of everyday home repairs, preventative maintenance, and small to medium projects, including leaks, fixture swaps, drywall patches, mounting, caulking, hardware fixes, draft checks, and more.

🚫 What type of jobs do you NOT handle?
I don’t take on large scale remodels, major electrical or plumbing overhauls, roofing work, or anything requiring heavy specialty equipment. If something fits better with a licensed specialist, I’ll point you in the right direction.

🧾 How does payment work?
You pay once the work is completed and you’re satisfied. I accept standard forms of payment and always provide clear pricing upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

🏠 Do I need to be home during the visit?
For most indoor repairs, yes. For some exterior work or quick follow ups, you may not need to be present. Either way, I’ll coordinate with you ahead of time so everything is smooth and convenient.

🔎 What if I have multiple issues at once?
That’s completely normal. Just list everything you need help with on the estimate form, and I’ll take care of as many tasks as possible in a single visit to save you time and money.

⏱️ How do maintenance plans work?
You choose a maintenance plan that fits your home, and I handle seasonal checkups, preventative care, and small fixes before they turn into expensive repairs. Each plan comes with priority scheduling and a clear list of what’s included.

🧰 What should I expect during a home visit?
I show up on time, take a quick walkthrough of the issue, explain what needs to be done, and get to work. I use clean tools, protect your space, and leave everything tidy when we’re finished.

📸 Can I send photos of the issue before you come out?
Absolutely. Photos help me understand what’s going on and often speed up the estimate process. You can text them to me after reaching out via our free estimate form.
